WHO IS ASAP OUTREACH ANYWAY?
We help Renters become homeowners of the homes we purchase from people like YOU.
There are no costs to the Renters going through this program.
We help Renters get Grants and/or Assistance for down payment and closing costs. (the biggest reason renters never buy)
We help Renters build their credit.
We help Renters with education for responsibly purchasing a home.
We help Renters handle contracts and paperwork.
We will purchase your home in any condition, fix it with the intent of empowering a renter in the community with GRANTS and/or ASSISTANCE to qualify and purchase THIS HOUSE as thier first home.
Through this program we are able to PAY MORE for your home than other investors.
There are ZERO costs to sell to ASAP Outreach. We can still purchase even if leins and taxes are owed.
We can close, get you your cash and work out a flexible time for you to move out even after the closing if needed. OR offer a Moving Allowance Credit.
We purchase your home “AS-IS”, we have city crews that will handle small repairs or major structural issues.
We pay a $500.00 referral fee on every house. So If you sell us your own house, you still get the referral fee on top of the agreed price.
Take the items you want and leave anything else, we will have it cleaned out.

Welcome to ASAP Outreach
We offer Two community outreach programs.
- 1. Helping renters step by step with the process of improving credit, getting grants and owning their own home.
- 2. Helping families with the process of opening and probating an estate along with minimizing estate taxes.
STEP 1 - GET QUALIFIED
Simply tell us a couple things about yourself on the form below. (We dont expect perfection, just honesty) We’ll contact you and within 10 minutes of speaking, you’ll know how-to, and, if you qualify for a home in the program.
STEP 2 - LOOK THRU HOMES
Schedule to walk thru the homes with your family. Choose one that is a fit for your family situation. Place a $500 deposit to make the home yours.
STEP 3 - CLOSE AND MOVE IN
Get your income paperwork to the mortgage broker to get final approval. We’ll go to the closing, the property is properly signed over to you (free and clear). Move in.. and welcome to your new home.
FAQ'S
How does it work where u will pay my first payment for me?
Refer us 1 person that we can help before you move in and we will pay your first monthly payment for you.
After I buy, If I decide I want to move elsewhere or into another home, can I?
Sure, if at anytime you decide to move, we will work with you to sell your property with a top realtor to another excited family. If there is an increase in the homes value, thats now your money, not the landlords. Lastly, if u qualify, and would like to get another home thru the program, we pay all the realtor fees for you to sell your previous home.
