Does it cost anything?
There are no fees to sell your home to us. The agreed price is the amount you receive, no costs are subtracted. Our program can actually pay more for your home than other investor buyers. There is also no charge to the buyers for any of the outreach services.
How does the $500 cash referral fee get paid?
We record the person who refers each and every home. We meet with the owner, make an offer, if the owner is happy with the offer, we will create an agreement to buy.
The cash referral is paid in 14 days of the agreement to buy.
Do I need to do any repairs or cleanout?
We purchase the homes in thier “AS-IS” condition. Take what you want and leave what you dont want, we have each property cleaned out and repaired to exceed FHA guidelines.
