We record the person who refers each and every home. We meet with the owner, make an offer, if the owner is happy with the offer, we will create an agreement to buy.
The cash referral is paid in 14 days of the agreement to buy.
The time from agreement to the closing can be as little as 7 days. We can also be as flexible to give you as much as 6 months.
