It has taken our team years of researching these Home Buying Grants and building relationships with the county, state and regional Grant programs, and now we are able to make these Grants available to all of our Future Homeowner Clients.

When you apply for these grants through us, you will be eligible to receive up to $9,000 that you will be able to use for your down payment or closing costs. Most of these grants and assistance never even have to be paid back!

Our mission is simple. We aim to educate and guide our Future Homeowner Clients through the Home Buyer Grants and Assistance Outreach program and through the home-buying process.

We know that buying a home can be intimidating and difficult.
